Spaces like group therapy, support groups, and listening circles bring together people who have similar experiences and give them space to support one another. They help bridge the gap between medical treatment (including therapy and medication) and need of emotional support (often provided by caregivers).
The Alternative Story provides many such spaces that meet weekly. Some of the support groups that are running and you can sign up for them. Some other support groups are coming soon and you can register your interest and we'll send you updates.
For persons with common mental health concerns.
Meets every Sunday at 11am. This is an ongoing group and accepts new members regularly.
For anyone with a chronic illness (such as autoimmune conditions, diabetes, hypertension, PCOS) OR with chronic pain (such as fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, chronic surgical pain, idiopathic chronic pain)

Meets every Wednesday at 7pm. This is an ongoing group and accepts new members regularly.
For anyone who is neurodivergent which includes but is not limited to autism spectrum disorder, Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyslexia, dyspraxia.
