The Alternative Story provides mental health services to individuals and organizations alike.
We believe that counselling should be affordable, intersectional feminist, anti caste, trauma-informed, and kink-aware.

We provide the following counselling services:

1-on-1 Counselling

Consult a counsellor in person at our offices in Bengaluru or Mumbai, or remotely via Phone, Video, or Chat at rates starting Rs. 1999/-

 

Conjoint & Family Counselling

Counselling sessions for two or more persons simultaneously (suitable for relationship counselling and family therapy) delivered by therapists trained in Marriage and Family Therapy

Pay-What-You-Want

One-on-One Counselling at prices starting Rs. 700/- per session to make our services accessible to marginalized groups
